Position Details

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Prince William County: Join our team of professionals! We support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Greater Prince William area. The Arc of Greater Prince William/INSIGHT, Inc. is seeking experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses. This is an hourly position, $28.50-$30.00/hour.

This schedule is every other Sunday, 2pm-10pm, at a group home in Manassas, VA 20112, and can be combined with other openings.

Brief Description

Provide nursing services to individuals in the INSIGHT program, guide staff on health issues, and provide health-related education to support staff.

Eligibility Requirements for LPN

• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid license to practice
• Flexibility and excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Pass required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, Medicaid Waiver, Human Rights, OSHA, Van Training)
• Criminal and Child Protective Services background checks
• Virginia Driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience
• Ability to attend and pass onsite training within 30 days of hire
