Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)/Registered Nurses (RN)

Position Details

Spring View Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN).

  • Shift Types: Full-time night shift (with a $6,000 Sign-on Bonus!) and Part-time day shift

Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Administer medications and record treatments, report adverse reactions
  • Record patient medical info and vital signs
  • Monitor and adjust medical equipment, interpret electronic displays
  • Respond to adverse symptoms and provide bedside care
  • Perform dressings, insert catheters, start IVs
  • Assist physicians during examinations and treatments
  • Respond to life-saving situations following protocols
  • Participate in discharge planning
  • Manage time effectively and record care accurately
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Current RN/LPN license in the state
  • Up-to-date CPR and first aid certification
  • At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a Long Term Care setting (preferred)
  • Knowledge of MatrixCare (preferred)
