Job summary

Bear Mountain Staffing Solutions has immediate openings for RN and LPN positions in our long-term care facilities in the Andover, MA area. We seek motivated, creative nurses to provide professional nursing care for our residents in a patient-focused environment.

Shifts available include 8-hour (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a) and 12-hour (7a-7p, 7p-7a). LPNs start at $40/hr and RNs at $46/hr, with weekday differential of +$2/hr and weekend differentials up to +$4/hr for certain shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid MA license in good standing.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care facilities.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in resident conditions.

Pay Rates:

LPN: $40 per hour
