AdviniaCare Newburyport is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long term care unit. Full time, part time, BAYLOR and per-diem shifts available, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license issued by MA.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications/interventions as prescribed.
• Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and inform team of changes in patient status.
• Comply with regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for long term care residents
• Administer medications/interventions as prescribed
• Offer emotional support and education about about treatments and procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records and keep team informed of changes in patient status
• Comply to all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care

Shift Differentials:

• 3-11p M-F $5.00 RN/LPN--$5.00
• 3-11P S/S $6.00 RN/LPN--$6.00
• 11-7a S/S $6.00 RN/LPN--$6.00
