Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Aurora, CO is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for the overnight 7pm–7am shift at our detox and residential treatment facility. You will perform admissions assessments, handle med administration and logs, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure safe, continuous care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a post-secondary diploma program, and CO LPN licensure with at least 1 year in treatment. We offer a strong benefits package and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Minimum one-year diploma program post-high school.
• Current, valid LPN licensure in CO.
• 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent collaborative, multitasking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client upon admission.
• Perform all nursing shift duties (screening, vitals, scheduling appointments and labs, updating charts).
• Address pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations; dispense meds and maintain med logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Ensure impeccable medical documentation, chart review, and medication logging for each client.

Now Hiring LPNs for the Overnight Shift (7pm - 7am) for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Aurora, CO!

What You'll Do
