Otterbein Staffing Agency is seeking caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team, with the opportunity to work across multiple Otterbein communities. You will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and staff.

We offer shifts across 12- and 8-hour formats, with a strong focus on person-centered care and a long-standing history of serving seniors in Ohio and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience; long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing, other departments and service providers.
• Exhibit a positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.
• Perform related tasks as required.

Our LPNs direct resident care, collaborate with physicians, residents and multi‑disciplinary team members and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.
