LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients
• Administer and record medications and treatments
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures
• Provide health care instructions to patients and families
• Participate in planning and evaluating nursing care
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and condition
• Maintain patient charts and environmental safety
• Assist with unit management and assume charge as needed
