Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered LPN or RN license in Missouri.

• Compassionate, reliable, and able to manage stressful situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor patient medical histories and vital signs.
• Observe residents under treatment and report progress or side effects.
• Monitor conditions, including fluid intake/output, and update charts.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and enemas.
• Perform general nursing tasks as needed.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.

Location: Rancho Rehab & Healthcare Center – Florissant, MO

Rancho Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community dedicated to delivering clinical excellence and compassionate, patient-centered care. Located in a beautiful one-floor facility with 120 beds in Florissant, MO, we are proud to offer a warm, family-like atmosphere for both residents and staff.
