Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care activities to residents.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Responsibilities (full job description available upon hire)

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop individualized care plans in conjunction with other healthcare personnel.
• Update medical providers and residents' representatives with changes in status and care needs and document in residents' record.
• Coordinate care with residents and their families.
• Oversee the performance of nurse aides and support staff.
• Help bring joy to the residents in the healthcare environment.
