Job summary

Cedar View Rehabilitation seeks an LPN to join our care team. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with daily pay.

The LPN will deliver compassionate nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ physical and emotional needs in a sub-acute and long-term care setting. Qualified candidates hold an MA LPN license and a current BLS certification, with the ability to manage multiple residents in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice and the care plan.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per the plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.
