Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring licensed practical nurses for our inpatient detox and residential treatment facility. The shift is Saturday and Sunday day shift, 7am-7pm, supporting comprehensive nursing care for clients admitted for detox and rehab.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum one-year diploma program completed.
• Current CO LPN licensure.
• At least 1 year experience in treatment preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration and time management.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client at admission.
• Perform nursing shift duties: screening, vitals, scheduling labs and appointments.
• Address pharmacy needs and dispense medications; maintain med logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to coordinate care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and medication logging for each client.

Now Hiring LPNs for our inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Ft. Collins, CO!

Shift: Saturday and Sunday day shift: 7am-7pm

What You'll Do

• Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client upon admission
• Perform all nursing shift duties (screening, vitals, scheduling appointments and labs, updating charts...)
• Address pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations; dispense meds and maintain med logs
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Ensure impeccable medical documentation, chart review, and medication logging for each client

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma/ GED
• Minimum one-year diploma program post-high school
• Current, valid LPN licensure in CO
• 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred
• Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent collaborative, multitasking and time management skills
