Avenues Recovery Center is hiring LPNs for our detox and residential treatment facility in Aurora, CO. This is a part-time weekend day shift from 7am to 7pm, offering meaningful work in a nationwide network dedicated to high-quality care.

You will perform admissions assessments, nursing duties, med dispensing, and coordination with medical and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care. Current CO LPN licensure and at least one year in treatment preferred.

Competenze

High School diploma or GED required.
Completion of a one-year post-high-school diploma program.
Current LPN licensure in CO.
At least 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Mansioni

Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client on admission.
Perform nursing shift duties: screening, vitals, scheduling labs and appointments, updating charts.
Address pharmacy needs; dispense meds and maintain logs.
Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams for seamless care coordination.
Ensure accurate medical documentation and medication logging for each client.

Now hiring LPNs for our detox and residential treatment facility, located in Aurora, CO!

Shifts: Part time weekends, day shift: 7am-7pm

What You'll Do

Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client upon admission
Perform all nursing shift duties (screening, vitals, scheduling appointments and labs, updating charts...)
Address pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations; dispense meds and maintain med logs
Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
Ensure impeccable medical documentation, chart review, and medication logging for each client

What We're Looking For

High School diploma/ GED
Minimum one-year diploma program post-high school
Current, valid LPN licensure in CO
1 year experience in treatment industry preferred
Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills
Excellent collaborative, multitasking and time management skills
