St. Ann’s Community is currently looking for a driven Licensed Practical Nurse for the St. Ann’s Care Center, located on the Webster Campus. The primary focus of this position is to provide high-quality and individualized patient care in collaboration with our Nursing Team while supervising CNA and RST staff.

Job Description:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admission and throughout the course of treatment
  2. Update assessment of each patient’s medical status upon admission
  3. Assist in implementation of the patient’s treatment plan under the direction of Registered Nurse
  4. Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in working with Elders - Preferred
  2. Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (BLS)
