Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse/Travel LPN (LPN/T-LPN) for one of our clients in Elkins, WV.

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse provides efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, as required by the facility or state.

Work Hours

• Shift: PA Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Meal break: 30 minutes
• Contract duration: 10 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours/week
