Guardian Angel Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time employment opportunities in Long Term Care Facilities in the Radcliff, Kentucky area. This is not a travel assignment.

Part-time positions require a minimum of two days per week. Candidates must have a strong work history with minimal employment gaps. These are floor positions in a Long Term Care setting; previous experience in a Long Term Care Facility is desired.

Pay Rate: $43/hour during the week and $44/hour on weekends.

Available Shift: 2nd shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm. Two full-time and two part-time positions available.

Full-time staff must be able to work flexible shifts to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

• Copy of Nursing Diploma and current Nurse CEUs.
• License in good standing on the Kentucky Board of Nursing with no disciplinary action on file.
• Pass Fingerprint & AOC Background Check & Drug Test.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current PPD/Chest x‑ray.
• Compliance with COVID-19 policy and procedures.
