Join Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services for a rewarding opportunity in a caring environment.

We are seeking an experienced:

• LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

Full-Time, Days (7am-7pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall, following the Nursing Practice Act and under RN supervision.
• Delegate duties to nursing staff and monitor their performance under RN oversight.
• Observe patients for symptoms or reactions, including physical and mental conditions.
• Notify physicians of emergencies or patient deaths; implement physician orders as instructed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with an LPN license.
• Valid North Carolina Board of Nursing license; proof of renewal required every other year.
• Willingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies for adequate coverage.
• Ability to provide quality care, follow doctor’s orders, and demonstrate interest in geriatric nursing.
• Yearly CPR certification.
• Participation in in-service training and staff meetings as required.
