Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking an LPN to provide quality, cost-effective direct patient care within a unit or service area. You will collaborate with the health care team to meet established care goals and assist in collecting and reporting patient data as part of the care plan.

The role requires a Connecticut LPN license and may prefer prior Medical/Surgical office experience or related specialization.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• Medical/Surgical office experience preferred.
• Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.
