Job summary

The Center at Tucson is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our skilled nursing team in Tucson, AZ. You will provide high-quality patient care in alignment with regulations and company policy, coordinating with physicians, families, and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

We offer day and night shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. Competitive pay range ($30.00-$33.00 hourly) with shift differential and a supportive, facility-wide focus on

Qualifications

Must possess a current and valid LPN/LVN license.
Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC).
Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all areas of the patient’s medical needs on a daily basis.
Collaborate with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care.
LPNs administer meds, provide treatment, assess changes in condition.
Answer call lights and assist patient with ADLs.
Responsible for timely and accurate charting.
Work to ensure our patients are satisfied with their stay.
