Licensed Practical Nurse Scheduler Home Health

This position is responsible for the timely scheduling of all admissions, initial evaluations, and home health aide visits. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving notifications via tasks for patient scheduling.
• Reviewing patient visit frequency to determine needed disciplines.
• Assessing staff availability by reviewing staff schedules.
• Scheduling first visits for licensed staff.
• Consulting with the Clinical Manager for staff coverage assistance.
• Updating the assignment screen based on scheduling.
• Contacting staff by phone for same-day visit notifications.
• Scheduling home health aide visits for the entire visit frequency.

MSA Home Health, a division of Medical Services of America Inc., is seeking an experienced Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse Scheduler (LPN) for our Home Health patients in the Scottdale (Westmoreland) PA area.

Requirements include:

• Successful completion of a Certified Licensed Practical Nursing program.
