Job summary

Crown Haven Nursing Rehabilitation Center is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing compassionate care for seniors. This full-time role offers day and night shifts, with an emphasis on individualized care plans and collaboration with CNAs and other staff.

You will conduct nursing assessments, document treatments, and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on resident well-being and safety.
