The Centers is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Psychiatry / WinMAT clinics in Ohio. You will provide protocol-driven clinical care, participate in a multidisciplinary team, and support medication-assisted treatment in a harm-reduction focused setting.
Ideal candidates bring LPN licensure in Ohio, CPR and crisis intervention training, and experience with substance use disorders or MAT. You will collaborate across care teams to promote access to high-quality, dignified care.
Are you a compassionate, skilled LPN who believes that every person deserves access to high-quality, dignified care — no matter where they are in their recovery journey? Join our Walk-in Medication for Addiction Treatment (WinMAT) clinics, where we are breaking down barriers to care for individuals with substance use disorders through a low-threshold, team-based model that puts patients first.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of nursing excellence and meaningful community impact — delivering protocol-driven clinical care, supporting evidence-based medication treatment (MAT), and serving as a trusted partner on an interdisciplinary care team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and are passionate about harm reduction, recovery, and health equity, we want to hear from you.
Nursing Process: You deliver holistic, patient-focused care by contributing to assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation at every step of the care journey.
Communication: You express thoughts clearly, concisely, and confidently — whether charting in the EHR, educating a patient one-on-one, or collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Values Diversity: You actively collaborate with and involve others, demonstrating respect for divergent viewpoints. You are aware of and sensitive to the cultural diversity of the populations we serve, contributing to an environment that is equitable, inclusive, and cooperative.
Interpersonal Relations: You relate well to all individuals inside and outside the organization, build constructive and effective relationships, and use diplomacy and tact. You bring a culturally competent approach to every interaction.
This position reports to the Manager of Nursing.

Mission-driven work: Directly impact the lives of individuals navigating substance use recovery through accessible, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Supportive culture: We are committed to building an environment that is equitable, inclusive, and supportive of every team member's wellbeing.
