Job summary

Thecentersohio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Psychiatry/WinMAT in Cleveland, OH. Join our Walk-in Medication for Addiction Treatment clinics to deliver protocol-driven care and support MAT alongside an interdisciplinary team.

You will participate in patient visits, monitor vitals, document care, and provide education on MAT and harm-reduction strategies in a fast-paced, recovery-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Ohio.
• CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Nonviolent crisis intervention training required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and engage patients as part of the WinMAT interdisciplinary team.
• Document vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses in the EHR per protocol.
• Educate patients on MAT and harm-reduction strategies; support adherence and follow-up.
