Meritan, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Home Health team on a PRN per-visit basis.

You will assist with daily clinical activities under the direction of a registered nurse and provide focused, one-patient-at-a-time care in home settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, strong organization and time-management abilities, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily clinical activities under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Provide home health care on a per-visit basis, focusing on one patient at a time.
• Utilize company tablets or a smartphone for charting and documentation.
