Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents. As an LPN, you will assist with the delivery of personalized nursing care, monitor residents’ health, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.

Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for this position is $32.35 - $34.30 per hour, and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7:00pm and 7:00am. (CNA, RA, LPN, RN)
Any stand-by shifts are paid at $2.50 per hour while on stand-by, and at the normal hourly rate if called in.
