What You\'ll Do
  • Provide direct care to residents by monitoring their condition, administering medications, and performing necessary tasks such as taking vital signs and documenting care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that enhance the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents, ensuring that all care is compliant with regulatory standards
  • Assist with staff training, participate in quality assurance activities, and maintain clear communication with residents, families, and medical staff about changes in care
What You\'ll Need
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have an active LPN license in the state of Indiana
  • At least one-year of related experience is preferred
