Willow Springs Recovery in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN shifts. You will participate in detox, stabilization, and early recovery, performing intake assessments, daily nurse visits, medications administration, and coordinating with the clinical team.

We value calm, organized care, strong documentation, and teamwork. Texas LPN license required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the State of Texas.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced situations
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
• Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
• Process labs and communicate results
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA & regulatory standards)
• Respond to medical concerns with confidence and compassion
• Support clients through detox and stabilization
• Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team
• Communicate with families when appropriate
• Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
• Maintain medical supply inventory
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings
• Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
