Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bowling Green, KY to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient’s home. Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours and may include pediatric or adult patients.

Pay is based on experience and shift type (day, evening, night). Benefits include health/dental/vision, HSA, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
