Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents. In this crucial role, you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to promote the well-being of our residents, administer medications, and assist with daily activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide nursing care as directed by residents' care plans and assist with daily living activities.

  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.

  • Health Monitoring: Assess and document residents’ health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for residents.

  • Education: Offer education and support to residents and their families regarding health management and wellness practices.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Valid LPN License: Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Florida.

  • Previous Experience: Nursing experience, preferably in assisted living or a similar setting, is preferred.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Preferred, but not mandatory.

  • EHR Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, alongside excellent organizational abilities.

  • Experience with PCC (Point Click Care) strongly preferred.

  • Must be able to work weekends as needed
