Job Description

Responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in support of, and as directed by, the physician. Observes, conducts, and documents a thorough assessment of patient's medical status during entire course of treatment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide professional nursing care to patients under the direction of the physician.
2. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
3. Conduct and document thorough assessments of patients' medical status throughout treatment.
4. Perform assigned back office duties and rotate as a telephone triage nurse efficiently and professionally.
5. Adhere to Practice policies and procedures in all duties.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or a Nursing Vocational/Technical school.
