Qualifications

• Requires valid LPN license for Pennsylvania or multistate license.
• BLS CPR certification must be obtained in person.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, and vent preferred.

• Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
