A pediatric home health care provider in Daytona Beach is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who will provide one-on-one care to patients in a home setting. Formación

• Must hold a valid Florida LPN license.
• Must have BLS CPR certification from an in-person course.
• G-tube and trach experience preferred or willing to train.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications as per physician orders.
• Provide nutrition via feeding tube.
• Perform tracheostomy care and suctioning.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments for:
  • Nutrition via a feeding tube
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Suctioningnasal, oral and/or endotracheal
  • Ventilation care
  • Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Current, active Florida LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• 1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
