• Completion of a vocational school LPN program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Tennessee.
• BLS certification must be obtained within orientation and kept current.
• Proficiency in pharmacology and documentation; ability to perform nursing skills per policies.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
