Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a vocational school LPN program.
• Completion of a formal IV therapy-training program.
• Current Tennessee LPN licensure and active practice.
• BLS certification to be obtained within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and medications for designated patients under supervision.
• Prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures, and document care in medical records.
• Initiate IV access, administer IV fluids as trained, and ensure safety protocols.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in infection control and housekeeping duties.
