Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Primary Care Clinic in Mt. Lebanon, PA. Part-time schedule: 20 hours/week over 2–3 days, with every other weekend; a path to full-time may be discussed with the manager.

Business hours vary by week within 8:30am–7:30pm, Monday–Friday and weekend coverage as needed. Compensation is $37.17 per hour with benefits for full-time employees, and 401(k) with company match; assignments expected for six months with potential

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with experience in primary care, urgent care, family or internal medicine, outpatient clinics, or emergency room preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Perform patient assessments and document treatment responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider.
• Conduct medication reviews and check for interactions.
• Perform mental health screenings and document findings.
• Document patient histories, medications, allergies, and procedures in EHR.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and self-care.

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a LPN -Primary Care Clinic.

Hours Part Time - 20 hours per week 2 or 3 days per week + every other weekend If applicant prefers full time, may be possibility as well if discussed and agreed upon with manager

Business Hours - Monday - Friday 8:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM, Sunday 9AM - 4:30PM

Assignments are expected to last six months; Opportunities for extension and conversion to permanent employment may be available, but not guaranteed

Compensation The pay for this position is $37.17 an hour

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and oral, intravenous, injectable, and topical medications.
• Obtain, monitor, and accurately document vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature.
• Perform routine and complex patient assessments, monitor pain levels, identify abnormalities, and document treatment responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with the on-site provider during emergent situations.
• Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects, contraindications, and drug interactions.
• Perform mental health screenings to assess depression, mood, behavior, and cognitive function.
• Accurately document patient medical histories, medications, allergies, surgeries, family history, and treatment information in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, self-care, and disease management.
• Coordinate patient access to healthcare services and connect patients with appropriate community resources.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Perform patient registration, intake, checkout, appointment scheduling, and reminder/outreach calls.
• Assist with patient flow and waiting room management to promote an efficient and positive patient experience.
• Serve as a chaperone during sensitive examinations while maintaining patient privacy, comfort, and dignity.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, clinic areas, and waiting spaces in a clean, organized, welcoming, and well-stocked condition.
• Support the healthcare team with additional clinical and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements
