Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for client employees at our Health Center in Pampa, TX. This is a full-time, project-based role with an anticipated duration of approximately three years, depending on completion.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, document_medical tasks, maintain records, and ensure infection control. Requires an Associate's degree, Texas LPN license, BLS certification, and 3+ years of clinical LPN/LVN experience.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/VN license in state of practice required
• BLS certification required (AHA/ARC or equivalent)
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting

• Perform and document medical tasks including medication administration, wound care, treatment reactions, and specimen collection as ordered

What You'll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
