Job summary

Lincoln Recovery is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the overnight shift in Raymond, IL. You will work with a collaborative clinical and medical team to support clients through detox, stabilization, and early recovery in a structured environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing intake assessments and assist with detox treatment planning
• Conduct daily nursing assessments and monitor client health status
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines
• Process labs and communicate critical information to providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA/regulatory compliance
• Respond to medical concerns calmly and professionally
• Support clients through withdrawal management and stabilization
• Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse reporting
• Maintain medical supplies and assist with nursing operations
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and ongoing development opportunities

• Shift: Overnight
• Pay Range:$33 - 35
• Overnight Differential: Additional $3/hour
• Quarterly Bonus Potential: Up to 10%
• Sign-On Bonus:$5,000 paid at 90 days and 6 months

What You’ll Do
