Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Erie is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will perform basic nursing tasks, prepare equipment, document patient information, and assist in diagnostic procedures.

The role requires active LPN licensure, CPR certification, and clearances (Act 34/33/73). Awareness of HIPAA and privacy policies is essential.

• Current state licensure as an LPN OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• CPR – American Heart Association
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate

Responsibilities

Preferred

• 1 year healthcare experience.
• State approved IV course certification.
• Knowledge of OASIS documentation and assessment process.
• PALS or ACLS may be required based on the specific area of practice.
