Primary Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients and significant others via direct or telephone contact, following established standards and practices.
• Coordinate with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery, effective collaboration, and active patient participation in planning and care.
• Assist physicians or other providers with clinical procedures and participate in patient education.
• Supervise and provide guidance to clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current New York State (NYS) license with active registration, in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years as a Medical Assistant in relevant practice areas.

The hourly wage ranges from $19.86 to $38.85, depending on experience, education, certifications, and market factors. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, incentive and recognition programs, stock options, and a 401(k). All employment practices comply with applicable wage laws.
