Job summary

Holdenville General Hospital in Holdenville, OK is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time status to support our Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate works well in a small-team, fast-paced environment and provides patient-centered care across the lifespan.

You will perform focused assessments, administer medications, assist with admissions and discharges, document in the EHR, and collaborate with RNs and providers.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing (state of Oklahoma or compact).
• BLS certification required.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, age-appropriate nursing care within LPN scope under RN/provider direction.

• Perform focused assessments and report changes in patient condition.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Required:

  • EHR proficiency (e.g., Cerner, Epic, Meditech).

• Strong teamwork, reliability, and professionalism.

• Excellent communication and patient-service skills.

• Sound clinical judgment and attention to detail in a fast-moving, small-team environment.

Must be able to pass a background check and complete a pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
