The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works with the Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Director to provide comprehensive, on‑and‑off‑site clinical services to members enrolled in the MAT program. They provide medical and support services, including injections, lab coordination, pharmacy coordination, teaching wellness classes, taking vitals, and coordinating with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure appropriate medical care for MAT program participants.
