Job summary

COPE Community Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our outpatient Integrated Care/MAT clinic in Tucson, AZ.

Under general supervision, the LPN provides client care, dispenses controlled substances per physician orders, and supports medical staff and case management. The ideal candidate holds an AZ LPN license, can obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, and has behavioral health nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license with the Arizona Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
• Ability to dispense controlled substances per physician orders in an outpatient MAT setting.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care in an outpatient Integrated Care/MAT clinic.
• Dispense methadone, buprenorphine, and suboxone per physician orders.
• Support case management and medical staff and follow individual treatment plans.
• Collaborate as part of the clinic team to promote positive behavioral change.

Job Description:We are looking for a full-time LPN for our outpatient Integrated Care/MAT clinic. Under general supervision of the Program Director, the Psychiatric Nurse I is responsible for client care, dispensing controlled substances, Methadone, Buprenorphine, and Suboxone to clients based on physician’s orders following careful assessment of the clients and providing support to case management and medical staff.
