Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Woodland LTC - FT Days

Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Woodland LTC in Brainerd, MN. This full-time day shift position offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive salary range of $28-$36 per hour.

Location: 100 Buffalo Hills Ln W, Brainerd, MN 56401

Shift: Day (6 am - 2:30 pm), includes every other weekend and holiday, with additional weekend incentives of $1.25/hour.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing professional nursing care under supervision.
2. Assessing residents and administering medications and treatments.
3. Documenting care and communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team.
4. Responding to emergent situations and ensuring resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferred.
• Valid unencumbered LPN license; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Experience or clinical hours in diverse settings; IV therapy skills required in North Dakota.
• Continuing education and competency certifications maintained annually.
