Wellstar Medical Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a flexible float team across multiple Wellstar practices in Georgia. This full-time role involves assignment to various clinics within regions, under supervision, providing patient care, exam preparation, treatments, and coordination of tests and follow-up care.
The LPN will document in medical records, participate in patient and family education, and perform other duties as needed to support a high standard of care.

This is a Full-time opportunity on our float team involving assignment to various Wellstar Medical Group practices within a specified region. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) functions under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor and provides care for the patient under the physician's direction. This includes preparing patient for exams, assisting during treatments, coordinating tests and follow-up care, and recording treatment in medical record. You will assist with patient and family education and perform other duties, as necessary.
