Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• IV Certified
• Actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screening and criminal background check

Shift Availability

Days: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, 3-12s and every other weekend.
