Job summary

Wyndmoor Hills Health Care Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for weekend shifts who are dedicated to delivering compassionate care to residents. You will work under the standard scope of LPN responsibilities, collaborating with the care team and providing essential nursing services.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Experience in nursing care preferred but not mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN LPN:

• Providing nursing care within their scope of practice
• Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
• Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
• Any other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:

• Must have an active Certification as an LPN
• Experience preferred, not required
