Job description

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem

Northern Riverview Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Per Diem positions on both morning and evening weekend shifts in Haverstraw, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect required information from new Residents during admission.
2. Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as required.
5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if necessary.
6. Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid LPN license in the state.
• In good standing with the State Registry.
