Now Hiring: Pediatric LPN – Home Health

Are you a licensed LPN with a heart for pediatrics and a desire to make a lasting impact on a child’s daily life?

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric client with complex medical needs. This is a long-term, high-need case requiring hands-on, compassionate care in a home environment. The ideal candidate is confident, calm, and deeply committed to building consistency for both the child and family.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct pediatric nursing care

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs

• Support feeding, mobility, hygiene, and daily comfort

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with supervising RN

Ideal Candidate:

• Active LPN license in Tennessee

• Previous pediatric or high-acuity experience preferred

• Reliable, patient, and confident under pressure

• Strong communication skills and commitment to long-term care

This case requires both skill and heart, and we are actively seeking someone who can bring both to the role.
