Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing in Waynesville, NC is hiring LPN/LVN nurses for flexible, long-term care assignments. Enjoy guaranteed shifts, self-scheduling, weekly or daily pay, and full- or part-time options, with community-based placements close to home.

Provide direct nursing care, supervise aides, and support residents in various communities. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state and have at least 1 year of nursing experience, including 6 months in skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVN with at least 6 months of working as an LPN/LVN in a Skilled Nursing facility.
• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
