Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Indiana or an active compact LPN license.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; home health and pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent care is a plus (training provided).
• Sharp critical thinking and confident independent decision-making.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and carry out personalized care plans.

Job Summary

Altra Home Health is looking for a caring and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become part of our team. In this rewarding position, you'll deliver personalized, top-notch care to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their own homes. Many of our patients face complex medical challenges, including gastrostomy tubes (G-tubes), cerebral palsy, chronic conditions, and occasionally tracheostomy or ventilator support. You'll be instrumental in fostering safety, comfort, and quality of life - empowering patients to receive the care they need right where they feel most comfortable: home.
