We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for evening (3p-11p), overnight (11p-7a), and weekend shifts. We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time evening, overnight, or double weekend shifts, a $5,000 bonus for other full-time shifts, and a $2,500 bonus for part-time roles.

Pay Rate: $28.00-$32.00/hour

Some of your LPN responsibilities include:

• Admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency protocols, and policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
• Reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition
• Working under supervision per state Nurse Practice Act, policies, and judgment
• Providing nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative patients
• Collecting data, observing, and reporting pertinent information
• Implementing and evaluating care plans as per regulations
• Supervising other nursing personnel when appropriate
• Maintaining documentation and equipment knowledge
• Protecting patient/resident confidentiality and rights

LPN Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two years of prior nursing experience preferred
